Easy Scan & Fulfill is very simple app designed. You can use it to automate your fulfillment process by simply scanning or entering the order number. Based on the order number the data in order i.e. the products required by the customer are shown on screen. You can scan your products barcode / SKU code to match the products. Visual and audio queues are also available when a mismatch occurs. Once the order is completed, you will scan or enter the tracking number which is being assigned to ship that order.
Setting up the App
- First step after login you can configure the app as per requirements. You can setup tags that are assigned to the order once the fulfillment is done.
- You can add courier companies that you are using for shipping with tracking URL.
Using the App
Go to home screen you will add dispatcher name and will select courier company that you are using for fulfillment of your order. This information is stored in the order tags so that you can back track and see who shipped which order. Multiple dispatchers can use the app at the same time.
You will scan barcode from your order slip or enter manually. Learn how to add barcode on your Order Invoice using Shopify Order Printer. Or contact us and we will do it for you.
You will be shown Item details screen. you will scan each product barcode till completion of order
Final step after scanning all items a modal will open you will add tracking number assigned to that order
And you will redirected to order scan screen again. You can keep repeating the process as long as you want for fulfillment of
Important Note
- if your order is partial fulfill at scan of order number you can scan only pending items .
- if you want to make partial fulfillment you can click on partial fulfillment button after scanning required items then you can add tracking number. only scanned item will be fulfilled
